Thank you for choosing us as your care provider. On the day of your appointment, please arrive 10-minutes early to ensure we have enough time to prepare any outstanding paperwork.
We are mindful that your time is valuable and would like to avoid keeping you waiting. However, occasionally a patient may present that requires a little extra time spent on them, which may cause unforeseeable scheduling delays beyond our control. Where possible, we will advise you if we are running late. We apologise in advance if you are kept waiting.

During your first appointment, a thorough medical and diagnostic work-up may be required. If you have completed any tests relevant to your care (ie: blood test results, Ultrasounds, MRI within 6-months, X-Ray, CT scan, etc), please email these to our administration team prior to your appointment date so that Dr Manohar can thoroughly review them during your appointment.
You are welcome to bring a support person to your appointment if you wish to do so.
Dr Manohar welcomes both private and public patients to the clinic. He is a very active urologist running a busy general, onco-urology and functional urological practice.
We see the following types of patients:
Workers Compensation & Compulsory Third-Party insurance (CTP) patients
If the condition relates to a Workers Compensation or CTP claim, please bring your claim number, approval letter for appointment, insurer details, name and contact details of your case manager.
Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) Patients
Dr Manohar welcomes DVA patients as he accepts the rebate from DVA for your operation. If you are a Gold Card holder, then approval is straight forward. If you are a White Card holder, then approval will only be provided if it relates to a “Recognised Condition” that you were awarded the White Card for. It is recommended that both Gold and White Card holders get in touch with us to confirm your level of coverage for the operation you may require, so that approval can be coordinated if needed.
If you undergo surgery, the necessary post-operative appointments will be scheduled. These are important appointments to monitor your recovery and avoid complications.
Telehealth appointments are generally only offered for follow up appoints, or for patients located in rural locations. Please get in touch with our team to learn more.
Whether you are experiencing concerning symptoms, have a recent diagnosis, or are seeking a second opinion, Dr Paul Manohar provides experienced, personalised urological care across South-Eastern Melbourne and Gippsland.
